Hittites unfound

The Hittites (Hatti) of archaeology can't be the same as the biblical Hittites (Heth) of Abraham's time because:
(1) different times: Abraham was before 1900 bc in conventional chronology, while the Hittites were after 1800 bc in conventional chronology. (Moreover the conventional dates for the ancient near east are too early and so the Hittites will really be later than the conventional dates.)
(2) different places. The Hittites of archaeology are in Asia Minor, while the biblical Hittites were in Canaan. (Though the Hittite empire did later briefly extend to Canaan.)
(3) different race/language: The Hittites of archaeology are Indo-Europeans, while the biblical Hittites were Hamites and maybe spoke Semitic?
