Further details on the candidates for Little John in Godberd's records.

Little John might match either of these 5 candidates from Roger Godberd records: John D'eyvile, Jordan le Fleming, John de Haversham, John son of John, St John the Baptist's day 1265.

John D'Eyvile:

Robin Hood & Little John who are in 1266 & 1283 in Fordun/Bower & Wyntoun could be Roger Godberd 1260-1265-1293 & John Deyvile 1261-1265-1295.

John Deyville was associated with both Robert Deyville (who had a home at Hood), and with Roger Godberd (who is similar to RH).

The earliest Robin Hood is 1295 and earliest  Little John is 1292, about the time of Godberd's & Deyville's deaths in 1293 & 1295, and the latter matches LJ dying after RH in the traditions.

Deyville was described as "a man clever/cunning/canny (or hard or hot) & a warrior strong/doughty" which could be similar to "Little" John's descriptions.

Deyville took refuge in Sherwood (with his brother Robert) in 1265/6 about the same time that Godberd was there (1267), and the Deyvilles are stated to have been in Sherwood with Godberd.

John Deyville was "keeper of forests north of Trent" which could explain why LJ "knew the paths of Sherwood/Barndsale well"?

Sir John Deyville's settlement of a mortgage of 400 pounds to Abbot of St Mary's in 1276 has a similarity to Little John going with Sir Richard at Lee to help him pay his debt to St Mary's Abbey, and also to Little John always counting the money?

The name Deyville/D'Eyvile/deEyvill/deDaiville is also maybe possibly similar to Little/LeLitel/LeTall or Naylor/Nailor?

The triad of Roger Godberd, John Deyville and Walter Deyvas may match the triad of RH, LJ & WS?

Jordan le Fleming:

Jordan's name is similar to John's. Jordan is a river which Jesus was baptised by John the Baptist in, and Little John dunked Robin Hood in a river/stream/brook.

Godberd & Jordan had a dispute maybe sort of like RH & LJ had a dispute.

RH & LJ almost always occurs in the first couple of chapters of RH stories, and we note that Jordan occurs early in Godberd records.

Little John was tall/big/giant. Flemings are likely tall?

Another look at the pros for Roger Godberd being Robin Hood:

- Similar names. Roger & Godberd are similar to Robert/Robin & Hood or Good/Goodfellow. (Hood is punned with good in RH's gravestone epitaph.) Roger is also Hodge which is also similar to Hood. Roger was also contemporary with Robert Deyville who had a home at Hood.

- Both were in the same places. RH was in Sherwood or/and Barnsdale, and has local traditions associations with Major Oak and Rufford Abbey. Godberd was also in Sherwood or/and Charnwood, and was at Rufford Abbey. Godberd aided Sir Richard Foliot who had a castle at Fenwick in the Barnsdale area, and in Wellow in Nottinghamshire. Godberd was in the area of the abbot of Rufford's wood called Brunne.

- Same dates.

Roger Godberd was outlawed, and he was "accused as a public criminal of many burglaries, homicides, arsons, and robberies committed by him", "wickedly robbed the Abbey of Stanley", "denies all burglaries, homicides, arsons, robberies and all larceny etc."

Answer to untrue mental health accusations

I'm posting this as an example for anyone else who might have a similar problem with a ringing or other type of sound in their place which others claim is in your head or ears and not real, and/or which others claim is not excessive.

There are two major wrongs I am suffering being done to me which must be resolved because they are causing me major troubles and misery: (1) this constant ringing sound in my flat, and (2) the forced fluoridation. There are also some other problems too but these two are major ones which require other people's cooperation to resolve them. This first letter is about the ringing sound problem. I am including everyone in this email who has been involved with this problem (Drs, lawyers, neighbours, council, acoustic society, acoustic testing companies, social worker, plumbers, advocates, human rights commission, Autism people, etc).

This ongoing constant daily ringing sound in my flat which has been going all day and night every day and night for over 3 years now must be fixed/stopped because it is causing me major troubles and misery. Everyone has got to please stop messing me around refusing to cooperate to find and fix the source(s), because if it is not fixed then things can not keep going on like this for ever without things getting even worse for me and therefore for others too. This ringing sound is injust/unjust and is in violation of international and NZ laws/acts on human rights and the bill of rights, and violates the Kowhai Flats corporate body company share flat rules on noise.

I am sorry that this letter is long but I have to explain fully the problem and give answers to all the untrue/unfair claims and comments and excuses people have made over the last 3 years. I have broken this piece into subtitled sections which as listed in the contents for easy reference/navigation.

Unfortunately this ringing sound problem has been unluckily difficult to resolve because of a few reasons: (1) no one will do anything unless they can hear it (with ears or meters) or I can prove the sound to others, and it is unluckily just low enough that it is not easy for some people to be able to hear it easily during the day; (2) no one will do anything unless I can prove/find the source(s); (3) no one will do anything because "it is not excessive in loudness/decibels".

I. Proving the sound.

1. "no one (will do anything unless they) can hear it".

The mental health people claimed that it was an hallucination and that "no one else can hear it", because the police constable who reported me behind my back to the mental health people claimed that he couldn't hear it when I let him inside my flat in good faith.

The council noise officer said they wouldn't test with a meter unless they could hear it first, and that even if they did test and pick it up with a meter/analyser despite background neighbourhood noise(s) that they couldn't locate the source unless they could also hear it (if I understood correctly?)

This is not fair for a number of reasons:
- This sound is always going though louder and quieter phases/periods and is difficult to get someone here and it to still be loud. It is also louder at nights and in winter and when cold, so I have to wait until winter to get the council in here.
- Not everyone in the world has listened, only a couple/few.
- They only listened in the daytime for a few seconds. But you can't just expect to hear it like that, you have to stay here for 24 hours or so and at night. But no one will come at night. When you have been out and busy you don't as easily notice such indoor sounds as when you are quietened down, as there is a sort of lagging mental numbness. They might not be used to it or tuned in to it so they might not know and recognise it easily.
- Andrew the plumber said yes he could hear it sort-off.

I have half a dozen witnesses evidences that some people can/can't hear sounds that others can't/can:
- My father said his friend couldn't hear a sound inside his studio/room, but he could hear it outside the studio/flat door.
- My friend Kerry Bolton in Paraparaumu said his wife can hear far off sounds like the train far that he can't hear.
- The mental health nurse said she can hear earthquakes coming.
- Another friend David H said his wife can hear dog whistles but he can't.
- One of my own 2 ears can seemingly hear the sound more than the other ear.
- The Israeli psychiatrist agreed that people listening is not very good quality proof/method.
So the Police Constable replying "but other dogs can hear it" to my word-picture about dog whistles is proven wrong.

(I'm not sure but sometimes it seems like there might be two pitches. There is the definite low pitched constant ringing sound (similar to burst pipe or broken toby), and there is maybe another high pitch sound. The lower ringing sound is the one causing the major trouble. The possible high pitched one is not so noticeable if it is real.)

2. "tinnitis (ringing in ears)".

I am certain from over 3 years constant daily experiences and evidences that this ringing sound is not tinnitis. I sometimes get/have tinnitis and I totally know the difference. The only time it seems like tinnitis is after I wriggle my finger in my ear which either makes my ear to be able to more easily hear the sound or causes a similar ringing sound in my ear.

3. "auditory hallucination(s)".

I am certain from over 3 years constant daily experiences and evidences that this ringing sound is not a hallucination or in my head. No one can prove it is hallucination. I've never had halucinations in my whole life. A hallucination surely would not go all day and night every day and night for 3 years except at times when out of the flat.
I can't hear the sound outside, except just outside the back door in the porch/doorwell, but that doesn't prove anything because of the background neigbourhood & air noises.
The only other places I have heard a similar sound are:
- When I was put into hospital the first room I was in for days/week I could not hear any such sound (when not on any medication or vitamins), but the 2nd room they afterwards shifted me to I could hear a similar ringing sound from immediately when they first brought me to the new room (on the other side/end of the building), though only at nights (including when on medication and vitamins).
- At my half-uncle Eric's villa flat I could hear a similar sound though not necessarily as loud.
- Maybe one other time sitting in car in Porirua when I wasn't sure if I could hear a similar sound though alot/abit quieter. (If so then it might confirm heat pumps coming through the air.)
So there is no doubt it is a real external sound and not in my head/ears.

"Get acoustic testers to test for it then you'll have proof".

I have so far last year tried 3 or so acoustic testing companies and the council.
One company said it would probably be too low to pick up. Though James Whitlock of the Accoustic society implied that there is instrument(s) that "if it can't pick it up it probably doesn't exist".
Another person from another company said he doesn't do this sort of testing anymore as he has negatively had too much of it and he said good luck.
Another company did reply after I sent an email after ringing them but my next reply seemingly put them off as they didn't reply.
The other few companies I could try but I may have to wait until winter when the sound is louder.
The council person said they wouldn't test unless they could come and listen and hear it first, and even if the meter could pick it up and they could identify it from the background noise they can't locate it if they can't hear it (plus I assume they also need to hear it outside not just inside, but I can't hear it outside myself). I also have to wait until winter when the sound is louder to have them come.
It would cost me ca 30k to buy a sound level meter and test myself at night when the sound is loudest. I could hire one but the acoustic people and council noise officer said I might not know how to correctly use the meter and identify the sound.

II. Proving the source.

4. "no one will do anything unless I can prove/find the source(s)"

The council said that even if their sound meter does pick up the sound that they still couldn't locate the source unless they could hear it (with ears)?

It is unfair that no one will do anything unless I can first prove the source. It is obvious that I can not find the source without the neighbours cooperation. Compare that if one has their own detached house it is easy to test/look themself for the possible sources. But most all of the neighours except 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 have refused to cooperate at all, and the authorities refuse to ask them to cooperate with us.
I can not find the source without cooperation of plumbers/electrician/heat pump people, &/or neigbours, &/or council, &/or acoustic testers, &/or lawyers. Alot of these people have refused to cooperate or they can't do anything without cooperation of one or more of the others. Plumbers & heat pump people can't do anything in the other neigbours sections/flats without their permission.

From over 3 years experiences and evidences this ringing sound can only be either a plumbing pressure leaking/running sound (in this block of flats or in street/road), or an electric sound like a pump/fan/generator (in this block &/or neighbouring blocks), or a wireless or fibre optics ultra sonic sound?

5. Plumbing pressure leaking/running sound:

The sound does sound similar to when I had a burst pipe, and similar to when I had a broken toby. It does also sound like as if it is coming through the plumbing pipes, and plumbers confirmed that pipes can act as tuning forks, and plumbers said it is not unheard of for someone to even hear a leak from down the road/street. If it is plumbing then it must either be in my flat, or outside my flat between the fence and toby, or inside one of the other flats (like maybe a running toilet cistern), or outside one of the other flats, or down the road/street. But it doesn't seem likely to be down the road/street. There are no leaks visible outside my and the other flats, and plumbers and me found no leaks inside my flat.

6. An electr(on)ic sound like a pump/fan/generator:

I turned off my power metter and the sound was still going, so the sound is not any electrical or wireless sound in my flat.

As far as I know only one flat in this block has a heat pump, and 3 flats in number 15 have pumps, and the flats in number 19 have pumps (but on the far side, though there also seems to be another pump/fan on my side in the flat facing/opposite mine).

One night in the early hours of the morning I went outside and listened all around the flats and in the street and I could only hear a few possible similar noises/sources. The only major one was the neighbours heat pump which was so loud that I had at first thought it was a factory or similar sound. I've had confirmation that sound from pumps in places attached to others can come through the building, but her pump is not attached to her flat wall. Her pump is right by a tap so the sound might be coming through the pipes (since I also hear other sounds when neighbours use their taps/toilets/washing machines, even though our pipes are not connected beyond the flats tobies).

Jane the social worker from City Mission got the neighbour in flat 5 to agree to a test of turning off the pump and power. The sound was still going so it proves it is not her pump (unless it retained heat/pressure or had backup power or it is pumps in succession/together). She also claims to have had a certified electrician (& one or more others?) come in and they didn't find anything (though this is maybe disputable since I was not told and don't know all the details).

Recently the power people did work on the street power poles and they turned off this block of flats power. The sound was still going, so we can assume that it is not any electrical source in this block of flats (unless it is pumps in succesion, or unless they had backup power).

I saw the power people out by number 19 the day (or days?) before, and I know the sound was still going the day before they did out side our block of flats. So if they did number 19 the day before ours then it might prove it is not their pumps/fans. But I didn't know until they did out side our block so I couldn't remember for sure, and I didn't see whether they did number 19 or the other side of the road.

But there are 3 neighbours in number 15 with heat pumps, and neighbours in number 19 with pumps who I have not been able to get to contact and cooperate.

The sound does sound like it might be a pump because it is always going through quieter and louder periods/phases every hour or so, and it seems to be louder at nights and in winter and when cold, and quieter in days and in summer and when warm. Some people do have pumps going all the time. Though it is hard for me to believe that a sound could come from pump(s) in the neighbouring block of flats to inside my flat through the air or building. I can hear the sound in all 4 corners of my flat.

If the sound is a heat pump then it is possible that it might even be more than one in succession or at same time, so turning off one might not prove it for sure?

7. "plumber(s) couldn't find anything, proved it is not plumbing"?

Two or more plumbers have looked in my flat and outside my flat and outside the other flats and they could not find anything. But this is not absolute proof because:

Wal Gordon plumber only looked under the house for a few seconds/minute and said "I can't see any leak (water), there is not leak" and then left and over-charged me.

Moonshine Plumbers did listen with instrument(s) and did turn off the toby and let out the pressure but this doesn't prove for certain because: (1) they did not listen inside my flat only outside, and the sound can't be heard by me outside only inside. (2) They only had access to my flat and flat 5 next door, they didn't have access to the other 3 flats, and they didn't seem to check/listen inside flat 5 except for the roof tank. (3) They didn't do tests turning off each of the 5 flat tobies to see if I could still hear the sound. (4) When they turned off the street toby and let the pressure out the sound was alot quieter and I wasn't certain that it was still going (or not) and I may have been mistaken that I could still hear it (for such short duration test). (5) The plumber Andrew did once say that yes he could hear the sound sort-of.

I myself tried 1-2 years ago turning off my own toby overnight and initially the sound was alot quieter or stopped but then later I could hear it again, so inconclusive. (And even if it had stopped or was quieter it could still have been on either side of the toby.)

I turned off flat 3's toby for 5-10 minutes one night after midnight but sound was still going.

Recently I turned off the street toby in the day for 5-10 minutes but the sound was still going. But I hadn't let the pressure out so I tried again more recently and the sound was still going but afterwards I found the tap had run down to not much flow so I had to try again with the tap on with more flow (letting out pressure) but I saw the neighbour coming back so I had to rush and though the sound was still going it wasn't as loud and I had no more time to listen so I'm not absolutely certain.

Though plumbers said old tobies don't always turn completely off so turning off the tobies doesn't necessarily cancel out my or other flats.

But it would seem from the plumbers tests and my own tests that it is not a plumbing pressure leaking/running sound inside my flat or outside my flat between the fence and toby, or inside/outside the other 4 flats. But I can't be certain because all the tests had doubts/uncertainties.

So from the above we can assume/presume that it is definitely not anything electrical in this block of 5 flats (unless it is pumps in succesion or together), and maybe probably not plumbing in this block of 5 flats or in the street/road (but not certain without one more time doing better tests). And it is not in my head or ears. So it looks like it is most likely one or more pumps/fans/generators of the flats in number 15 or number 19. But we can't locate it without their cooperation.

III. Opinions about excesiveness and sensitivty.

8. "it not excessive or unreasonable", "it doesn't violate/breach council laws/rules", " it is within reasonable limits", "If you (really) have to listen to hear it then it is not excessive or actionable", "we can all expect to hear some sounds".

This sound might not be excessive in loudness/decibels, but it is excessive in that (1) it keeps going all day and night every day and night (and for over 3 years now, not just "duration" but frequentness), and (2) it is impossible to block out with fingers/plugs because it penetrates regardless, and (3) it causes me anguish to point of "madness" (as others who have had similar noises/sounds in appartments have also said). It is unnatural and abnormal and inhuman and unreasonable. Some councils also have by-laws about heat pump noise(s).
There are laws/acts about torture, harassment, nuissance, etc.

The sound is only sometimes "(really) have to listen" when it is in queiter period during day or when warm, but much of the time I can hear it quite easily without really having to listen, in fact if I block my ears I canstill hear it and even easier, so its not fair or true to say "really have to listen to it".
Don't I have any rights to be able to do my studies in quiet? You know that studies needs quiet which is what you miscall "(really) having to listen".

9. "you are hyper-sensitive".

Although it is true that I have always had troubles with neigbours/neighbourhood noises, and although it is true that I do have a little bit better hearing than others, I am not that much majorly super sensitive. And regardless if I may be sensitive, the sound wouldn't be heard if it wasn't there and it is not natural and it shouldn't be there.

I've never ever had any other such bad noise problem as this sound which has gone all day and night every day and night for years. Other sounds I am able to block out or avoid, but this sound can't be blocked out.
Often/sometimes I can hear this sound quite loud/easily without needing to listen carefully.

"Sometimes people can get over focused on something like noise and it seems louder" & "you're tuned in to it".

People are always coming up with every ridiculous possible excuse to blame us and evade addressing the real root issue problem of wrongs being done to us.
I can't be overfocused on something unless it exists, and I'm not having problems with any other similar constant ongoing noises am I? The noise is there and it shouldn't be, regardless if I might be overfocused on it. It is impossible to avoid hearing the sound all or most of the time, except when its in quiet phase it assaults my ears, even when I'm not listening. I need quite to study.

9 &/or 1-3. "You should get your ears tested (again)"

I had my ears tested years ago but they never said I had remarkable hearing or anything. Some sounds I don't hear well/easily.
I'm not darn going through the hastle doing ear testing again and suffering the stalling/delay of more days suffering the ringing sound in the mean time. I already know this sound is a real external sound not in my head or ears.

IV. Suggested solutions.

10. "get noise cancelling ear phones/muffs".

This is simply not a real or reasonable solution. This sound goes all day and night every day and night and I can not wear ncp/ncm all day every day including when sleeping. Plus I already have too many things requiring and dependent on electricity to add even more things to recharge. Besides which, this is unfairly everyone seeking the simplest solution for everyone else but me in order that they can evade addressing the real root problem and responsibility. Why the heck should I have to go to every ridiculous effort to avoid a problem being done to me by others (who are either causing it or refusing to cooperate to find and fix it)?

11. "desensitiser".

12. "play music or nice sounds".

I can not study with music going. I can't play music/sounds all day and night. And other reasons why this is not so easy or great solution.

13. "ear plugs/muffs".

I tried ear plugs and they do block out most/many sounds but they don't block out this ringing sound because the type/pitch of sound it is it penetrates regardless (the acoustic people or ear testers may be able to explain why).

14. "shift".

If I could shift I would because this place is unsuitable for numerous other reasons in addition to the ringing sound. But I can not shift because (1) the housing crisis, (2) house/flat prices/rents are all too excessively expensive unless I can get a high paid job, (3) I can't find a place in this situation & condition without help, (4) Housing Corp NZ won't give a place to me because I already "own" a flat, and Winz penalise us if we own a place other than the one where we are living, (5) I have an awkward/difficult combination of requirements (affordable, safe for studies, not socially isolated, not too noisy, access to unfluoridated water, etc), (6) because I already "own" this flat it disqualifies me from those few organisations that help people with accomodation, (7) I can't sell this place before I shift out of it as I can't deal with all the trades people and estate agents and viewers coming all through my home, and I can't risk the insecurity if I don't find a place by the time it is sold.
(8) It is possible that even if I shift that since I can only afford certain types and locations of accomodation that I might have similar problems with pumps/fans/generators or plumbing in some other places, and if there is no easy way to test before I shift in it would be difficult.

"You can make your place more comfortable for your mental health and quality of life".

No matter how much I improve my flat living situation this darn ringing sound makes this place unbearable. (Even if the rining sound was gone and this place was at least not unbearble, no matter how much I improve this place this place is unsuitable for me for a number of reasons which can't be changed/improved including location.) Why should I be forced to make changes when others refuse to amend wrongs being done to me?

15. "Dr", "medication/vitamins", "If you are upset and writing about the ringing sound you are getting unwell" (mental health threat implied to me).

I have been forced on medication & vitamins for over 17 months since July 2019 to the present and it has not stopped the ringing sound (because it is not in my head/ears) and it has not stopped the troubles/problems and misery/anguish/suffering/torture it has been causing me.
They did nothing from July 2019 to December 2020 to help, only dumped more burdens on me, though the new Dr is more positive.
This sound has been going for 3 years all day and night every day and night and everyone has refused to care a stuff or cooperate to stop it, so it is not surpising I got upset.

Besides which even if all the accusations of being mental/schizo were true even a sick person has rights not to be forced to keep suffering a constant noise going all day every day forever.
If people really genuinely cared about my being well they wouldn't not care about this hell constant problem.

16. "noise insulation".

It is not possible for me to get this whole flat insulated with double glazing etc because it would be massive intrusive disruption of people coming all through my flat for hours/days which I can't handle with OCD etc. And if even I do it might not stop the sound if it is coming through pipes or penetrates regardless (as an acoustic tester company told me is quite possible).

17. "go out for a break/walk for a while".

I can't keep going out all the time, and I can't stay out all the time, and I still have to come back here, and I still need time at home (or a studio/office/library) to do my studies, and I can't carry all my studies resources around everywhere. There is also no where to go when I go out.

18. "threats".

From past experience I know that I can not make any "threats" and I can not react "violently", because of threats of police and mental health act etc. But everyone can not just leave this constant problem to go on, because it is causing major problems/troubles and anguish, and things can't keep going on like this without things getting worse or snapping or "hitting the fan" sooner or later, which will not only cause me major more misery and hell suffering but will cause others trouble too. It is understandably not easy to bear being forced to always keep hearing this sound all day and night every day and night, and to not be allowed to react, and with everyone refusing to resolve it for 3 years. It is inhuman and unnatural to expect me to be an unemotional robot immune to any/every cruel torture. If you prick someone with a pin they will react. That TV advert showed people banging on wall or on roof with broom because of neigbours noise, so it is only human (and it is not "human but exagerated" either). Even if I am superhumanly able to hold my uncontrolable mad/sad reactions and even if things didn't get any worse, it is still mean cruel injust/unjust wrong being done to me and there must be some resulting divine/comsic/natural/historical justice someday. It may only be me suffering it and so no one cares, but everyone else is effected even if only a little.

(I also notice that people always don't hesitate to say I am bad for being "negative" or angry at constant mean cruel hell wrongs being done to me, but they never say the wrongs are bad, and they never say I am great for surviving suffering such constant hell wrongs for years. I would like to see anyone survive the hell things I have gone through my whole life.)

18 &/or 8-9.

The lady from Emerge Aotearoa said she had a problem with her neighbours heat pump noise and agreed that it is very annoying, though she plays her radio when it is annoying her.
My friend Kerry in Paraparaumu said his brother finds the neighbours heatpumps very disturbing when they are running. Jane from City Mission said she has tinnitis all the time and finds it annoying, though she plays music when she is studying and she said she has had to accept it (though not easy from the way she said it). David Hitchens said he has tinnitis all the time.
The plumbers said it is not unheard of for someone to hear a leak down the road.
So I am not that oversensitive or mental for not being able to tolerate such torture.

19. "talk to your neighbours".

The only fault I may have in this 3 years problem is that I have not been able to go and knock on all the other 4 + 5 (+ 4) flats neighbours doors.
But I have tried all other ways/means of communication. I've sent numerous letters to the other 4 neigbours in this block of flats, and 2 letters to the other block of 5 flats in number 15, and 1 letter to the 2 blocks in number 19 and all neighbours except 2 never responded. (I gave them numerous ways to respond to me: phone, email, letterbox, knock on door, advocate. I also even offered a substantial reward.) So they would presumably refuse even if I go and knock on their doors.
Relations are strained with the other 4 neighbours in this block of 5 flats due to unfortunate experiences in the last 10 + years.
Most of the neighbours are out most of the time. The flats lawyer Michael Hoffman-Body knocked on all 4 flats doors but they were out the few times he tried. He only saw Martin in flat 2 who said he was willing to cooperate but who I haven't had any contact/response from since.
All the neighbours have unlisted phone numbers. So its not my fault that its as usual forced to be Only One Way and not any other ways.
I have a difficult situation and condition and it is not easy for me to be able to go out knocking on their doors and arranging turn off tests. I need advocate help but the advocates never replied to my email.
I am not even sure which flat(s) is the source and I can't prove it without their cooperation.

There is no government agency to mediate for corporate body company share flat situations, there is only "talk to your neighbour" or "talk to a lawyer" or "make an application to the tenancy tribunal (which might not be accepted)" or "shift".

20. "go to a lawyer", "try tenancy tribunal".

Because I can't prove the sound and its source without others cooperation a lawyer couldn't do much except send a letter? It would also cost alot. And it is not easy in my situation and condition.
Likewise the tribunal might not accept my application, and I still can't prove the source, and I don't know if they'd ask the neighbours to cooperate?
Another problem is the block of flats in number 15 (and the flats in number 19) are a different "company/corporation" under different directors and rules (Redwood flats, 15 Ebdentown Street).
The lawyer for the "company/corporation" can't act for me, he can only act for the company (a majority of 3 or more out of 5), otherwise it would breach his ethics.

21. "Pray, faith".

I've tried praying and having faith but either God doesn't exist or he hasn't answered because I didn't have faith without wavering and didn't keep my mouth shut, or for some other reason.
It is very hard to have faith when suffering ongoing constant daily mean cruel hell wrongs like a ringing sound going all day and night every day and night, and forced fluoridation every meal every day.

22. "rights/freedoms", responsibilities/accountability/duties.

This ringing sound violates international and NZ laws/acts on human rights and the bill of rights.
"NZ Bill of Rights Act 1990.
Right not to be subjected to torture or cruel treatment."
"International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights 1966.
No one shall be subjected to torture or cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment."
"Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948.
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment."
Being forced to always keep hearing a sound going all day and night every day and night (for 3 years), and to not to be allowed to react, and to not be able to do my studies because of it, and having been had up myself under mental health act for it, is mean cruel torture.
It is not fair that no one wants to cause the neighbours any minor trouble but they don't mind all the trouble I have been suffering. It is not fair that everyone only wants the easiest solution for everyone else but me in order that the neighbours can have the "freedom/right" to have plumbing leaking/running or electric pumps/fans/generators without caring about the sound/noise troubles they are causing anyone else like me. It is an evasion of responsibility.
It is also a breach of the corporate body company share flats rules about noise.
Though of course I can't be absolutely certain it is from neighbours plumbing or pumps/fans, as it might be my flat plumbing. But even there I have been messed around by plumbers and noise/acoustic testers etc refusing to cooperate to find and fix it.

"Neighbours have the right(s) to refuse plumbers/etc access, they have every right to refuse".

Not if it is their plumbing/pump/fan causing the sound.
When you are attached to other neighbours and in corporate body company share flat situations and living in close proximity to others you have responsibilities to other neighbours.
I can not find and fix the source without others cooperation.
I have a right not to suffer this hell ringing sound all the time (for 3 years so far!)
I have had to have plumbers come inside myself numerous times in the last 3 years.
I also said they could get their own plumber if they preferred.

"People have a right to have heat pumps".

Look I have no problem with people having heat pumps. I understand these flats are cold most of the year and I need a heating solution for winter myself.
But people can'tjust do what they like and have no regard for any unnatural problems it causes others.
I have a right not to suffer a noise going all day and night and every day and night.
This problem should be possible to fix without getting rid of the pump/fan altogether. Pumps can be fixed or insulated or reinstaled on rubber mounts. There are also almost silent pumps now too I've been told.

I am not allowed to disturb the neighbours by shouting or banging, but I am told I have to suffer the hell ringing sound all the time forever. That is not fair is it?
I have a right to have a safe and peaceful home and a place to study. This sound is not natural or normal or reasonable.
It is not my fault or responsibility, I don't have to go to totally ridiculous extreme measures to block out a sound that is wrong and shouldn't be happening. (Though I have tried everything I can.)

I know from experience that it is common that most people are selfish and don't care, and they do always disbelieve and doubt and blame the individual and want the easiest self (individualistic) solution. Only real friends sympathise or agree. People are always saying "oh but" and "maybe its", and always suggesting things are maybe the individual's fault, and suggesting every ridiculous self way to lessen it.
But it is very strange that people can't see that the simplest/easiest solution for everyone is to cooperate to find and fix the root cause problem. This regime is always evading the root causes and instead pushing other measures, like for example pushing fluoridation instead of addressing the artificial root causes of "increased incidence of tooth decay of at high risk people". People just want to do what they like without consequences or responsibility. No one wants to hear supposed negative.
I do not want to cause anyone any problems, but this problem has got to be resolved somehow, and in a way that is not meanly/harshly unfair to me. Even if it stops this very day I've had 3 years of troubles it has caused me - 3 precious  years lost/wasted forever because of this problem (and years lost because of other problems too).

23. Any past/present neigbours complaints about me that might be used as an excuse to refuse to resolve this problem.

If the neighbours have any present/past complaints about me then they can jolly well ask me to resolve them just like I have asked them numerous times in writing. It is not fair to use any complaints as an excuse to refuse to resolve this hell problem which is far worse than anything they could have against me. I have always tried my best not to cause any major problems to others but I acknowledge that due to my situation I have not always been a perfect tenant/neighbour. But the only major thing I can see they can possibly have against me is that I have not kept the grass area tidy and let it get overgrown some. But I made it clear that if they refused to cooperate to resolve the problem that I would refuse to abide by the rules myself, so that is why I haven't got the grass cut lately. Any past complaints about me are not fair or true without hearing my side of the story, and I have far more past and present complaints about things the neighbours have done to me the 10 + years I've been here.

24. Possible solutions:

Either:
- Help to find (and afford) place to shift.
Or,
- The neighbours &/or plumbers/electricians/heat pump people &/or noise/acoustic testers &/or council/authorities &/or lawyers/court &/or tenancy tribunal &/or advocates need to stop refusing to cooperate to find and fix the source.
The pumps or electric can easily be tetsed by turn off for 5-10 minutes tests. (Unless it is more than one source.)

Maybe putting a fence between the 2 blocks might also give some noise insulation, since the area is so bare that sounds echo loud in between the two flats. (I need help for that because there is a boundary/border uncertainty in council's map. I can't apply for the plans from the land information dept without a plan number.)

Aside from resolving the problem it is also desirable to repair my damaged reputation and record by proving the sound source is not an hallucination.

P.s. Although I don't want this to continue to be stalled/delayed, I also don't want to be put under pressure and rush. It may take some negotiation to agree and arrange things.

20 evidences my grandfather was the Italian pow

My mother's mother who was married had a brief affair with an Italian pow in Nottingham in 1946 and from all the evidences it seem fairly sure he is my mother's real father though I can't be absolutely certain unless I can find out who he was. Unfortunately we don't know any first name or surname of the pow and so it is very hard to find out who he was. How I am to find him is another story. Here I just wanted to record the 20 plus evidences for my real grandfather probably being the Italian pow. (Note I do not condone the affair. I just can't live without knowing a whole quarter line/branch of my family tree.)

Evidences against my commonly assumed grandfather and for the Italian pow being my real grandfather:

- My interest in nationalism. He was an Italian ww2 pow (fascist).
- My mother's name Jennifer = Guinevere who in King Arthur had an affair with Lancelot.
- My aquiline 'Roman nose'.
- I feel and favour that the Italian is my real grandfather rather than my commonly assumed grandfather.
- My preferring the warm rather than the cold. My mother's liking of Fiji climate.
- My liking of TV show 'The Sopranos'.
- My liking of Medierrantean/Latino/Mexican/Indian foods like pasta, oregano, salt, cheese, passata.
- My mother's and my blood group is AO, and my sister's was OO. A & O are the most common Italian blood groups.
- The family tradition/story of the affair is surely true, and the reason why my grandparents came to NZ from UK is supposed to have been to get away from the Italian. - "Italians love designer clothes". I like good quality well fitting clothes.
- Italians are "mum's boy". I maybe had a similar connection with my mother?
- Italians gesticulate alot. Sometimes I use the finger or fingers or spit in face gestures to convey my feelings/thoughts/opinion of bad people.
- "Italians love coffee but never drink cupachino after lunch". I did for sometime love tea, and I don't generally seem to like drinking with/after meals?
- "Italians love wearing sunglasses all the time". Although I haven't loved sunglasses most of my life I did like them for a while when I was a teenager.

- My uncle Eric has some similar features to me and/or my mother (similar neck, etc).

- My mother is assumed to of had a genetic test which is assumed to have prove my commonly assumed grandfather is her real father.
- My mother is pretty similar to her sister Margaret.
- My mother's commonly assumed father is said to have said he thought he was really his daughter because "a dog knows his own".
- I don't have big ears like the popes.
- I'm maybe not as extrovert as Italians are said to be.
- My "amorousness" might not be from Italian blood & affair but might be due to similar reasons as my uncle Eric's.
